Senior Leaders Martin & Michelle Duffy
Martin founded Elim Church in April 2006 and carries a powerful apostolic and prophetic mantle over Australia and the nations. He burns with a passion to see the church awakened, believers empowered, and people released into their God-given destiny in Jesus Christ. Martin ministers with bold prophetic authority, preaching the Word with clarity and conviction. His apostolic ministry impacts nations, marked by missions, transformation, and the undeniable demonstration of the Holy Spirit through signs and wonders. He is married to Michelle, and together they have three daughters. Martin holds a Bachelor’s degree from the Australian College of Theology.
Michelle ministers with a fierce compassion for seeing women healed, strengthened, and raised to their full identity and authority in Jesus Christ. Michelle’s ministry to women and children spans nations, where she has led powerful meetings and crusades, cultivating environments of family, support, and spiritual growth. Michelle creates a sense of family wherever she ministers, inviting people to feel known, supported, and genuinely loved. Her desire is that every woman knows she is seen, valued, and called.
Team Leaders
Gus and Julie are the heartbeat of fellowship in our church, reflecting Christ’s love and creating spaces where everyone feels welcomed and valued. They faithfully lead their life group, guiding people into deeper encounters with God and helping them grow in faith and purpose. Julie carries a prophetic anointing while Gus is passionate about prayer and worship. Together, they pour into lives through discipleship, raising up believers to live in the freedom and power of Jesus Christ.
Poppy has served the Lord faithfully for over 40 years, previously pastoring her own church in South Africa before joining our leadership team. She leads a life group for older women and oversees the 65+ fellowship group affectionately known as the VIPS, where seniors are valued and spiritually nourished. Poppy carries a passion for prayer and seeing women baptized and filled with the Holy Spirit, helping them grow in faith and walk confidently in God’s presence.
Sam is a steadfast leader, who carries a quiet strength and is grounded firmly in the Word of God. Grace, daughter of Pastor Martin, carries a clear prophetic anointing over her life. She also serves as Head of Administration, bringing insight, vision, and spiritual discernment to the life of the church. Together, Sam and Grace are passionate about young families knowing Jesus intimately, moving in the gifts of the Spirit, and living boldly in their God-given callings.
Ross carries a deep passion for seeing people step into the freedom and liberty that Christ offers. Through deliverance ministry and the Word of God, his heart is to see others experience the transforming power of Jesus and truly know the Lord. Ash serves faithfully alongside Ross, bringing warmth, encouragement and a heart for prayer. Together they are blessed with a beautiful little daughter who brings joy to their family and the church community.
